Subscription terms

  • What you pay and how often: the price of the plan you choose, monthly (one payment a month) or annually (one payment a year), paid in advance at the start of each period. The price shown is the final price, with applicable taxes included. Link calculates and collects the taxes as merchant of record. No other charges are added by us or by Link.
  • Trial: every plan starts with 7 free days and 50 credits. A card is required, but you pay US$0 today. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the price of the plan you chose is charged automatically when it ends.
  • Term and renewal: there is no minimum term. The subscription lasts one month or one year and renews automatically for another period of the same length, at the same price, until you cancel. If the price changes, we tell you at least 30 days in advance, and the new price applies only if you do not cancel before then.
  • Credits: every plan gives you a monthly credit allowance. Annual plans receive the same allowance every month. A month's credits expire at the end of that month and do not roll over.
  • Additional charges: none from us. Prices are in US dollars (USD). Your bank may separately charge a currency conversion or cross-border fee; it is not set by us or by Link.
  • How to cancel: at any time, in Billing & credits → Subscription or in your Link account at link.com. Cancelling stops renewal. Access and credits remain until the end of the paid period. In the first 14 days you can withdraw from the contract under the Refunds & Cancellations policy.
  • The payment is collected by Link (Sold through Link, LLC, part of Stripe), the merchant of record: it issues your receipt and tax invoice and handles taxes. Your statement shows “LINK.COM*”. The service is supplied by RADUDOTCOM LIMITED, which is responsible for it.

How credits are used

Costs are calculated from the selected model and your validated input before you generate. Credits are held when a request starts and released if a provider rejects, fails, times out or returns no valid output.

Plan questions

What does the trial include?

Every plan starts with a 7-day trial with 50 credits. A card is required to start it.

Do unused credits roll over?

No. Plan credits refresh every month, and unused plan credits do not roll over.

What happens if a generation fails?

Credits are held when a job starts and charged only for a successful result. If the provider rejects the request, fails, times out or returns no usable output, the held credits go back to your balance.

Is the community included in a plan?

No. The Skool community is paid separately (9 USD) and is for learning the craft; the software plans are for generating.

Where are the cancellation and refund terms?

Who collects the payment and what appears on my statement?
