1. What is not allowed
- Sexual or intimate content of real people without consent, and any sexual content involving or sexualising minors.
- Using anyone's face or voice without express consent recorded in the platform.
- Deception: fraud, impersonation, false endorsements or statements attributed to real people, bypassing voice or identity checks.
- Political or electoral disinformation, content inciting hatred, violence or harassment.
- Infringing copyright, trade marks or other third-party rights.
- Misleading ads, unrealistic earnings claims, fake reviews.
- Attacking the platform, bypassing credit or safety limits, reselling access without our agreement.
2. How to report illegal or abusive content
Write to support@aivideomarketing.io (or privacy@aivideomarketing.io if it concerns your face or voice) and include: where the content is (link or identifier), why you believe it is illegal or abusive, your name and email address, and a statement that the information is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge.
We acknowledge receipt, assess the report diligently and without delay, and tell you our decision. The single point of contact for users and authorities is the same address; we communicate in English and Romanian.
3. What we do about breaches
Depending on severity, we may remove or disable access to content, restrict features, or suspend or close the account. We tell you the reason, the facts and the rule the decision is based on, and how to appeal, unless the law prohibits it.
You can appeal any decision at the same address; a member of the team reviews it.
