2. Our representative in the European Union
RADUDOTCOM LIMITED is established in the United Kingdom and has no establishment in the European Union. For people in the Union we have appointed a representative in writing under Art. 27 of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR): RADUVENTURE S.R.L., a company established in Romania, registered in the Romanian Trade Register under no. J2025038713005.
You may contact them, in addition to or instead of us, on any matter relating to the processing of your data, including exercising your rights. You can write to them in Romanian, English or another official EU language: the representative acknowledges receipt in the language you wrote in and forwards your request to us, and you receive our reply within the time limits set by the GDPR. EU data protection authorities may also contact the representative.
RADUVENTURE S.R.L. is also our legal representative under Art. 13 of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 (Digital Services Act). Member States' competent authorities, the European Commission and the European Board for Digital Services may contact them on any matter relating to that Regulation. For questions about your account or the service, write to us at support@aivideomarketing.io.
Appointing a representative does not change our responsibility: RADUDOTCOM LIMITED remains the controller of your data, and you can always write to us directly at privacy@aivideomarketing.io.

3. What data we process
- Account: email, display name, language, sign-in data and settings.
- Content: prompts, scripts, projects, Personas, Seeds, Assets, uploaded files and generated output.
- Face and voice: photos, clips and recordings of you or of people who have consented, plus the record of that consent (text version, date, person, where it is used).
- Usage and credits: generations, models used, credit costs, holds and releases.
- Payments (once payments are switched on): plan, period, amounts, subscription status and order identifiers, plus the order data Link shares with us: name, email, billing address and country, tax ID if you gave one, order details. We also use the country estimated from your IP at checkout to check where sales are possible. Card details are collected by Link; we never see or store the full card number.
- Communications: messages you send us and data requests.
- Technical: security and error logs (IP address, browser type, time of request).
4. Why, and on what lawful basis
We do not send marketing email without your separate consent, we do not sell data, we use no advertising or analytics cookies, and we make no solely automated decisions with legal effect.

5. Face and voice
We use photos, clips and recordings only to generate the content you ask for. We do not use them to identify people, we do not build biometric recognition templates, and we do not use them to train our own models.
Consent can be withdrawn at any time in Settings. After withdrawal, no new generations using that person can be created; material already created stays in your account until you delete it.
6. Who receives the data
Data is processed by the providers that help us run the platform (hosting, database, AI models, voice, payments), only on our instructions. The current list is on the Subprocessors page. We disclose data to authorities only where the law requires it.
The payment is collected by Link (Sold through Link, LLC, part of Stripe). For the payment and order data collected at checkout, the Link account, fraud prevention and tax obligations, Stripe and Link are independent controllers and process the data under their own privacy policy (https://link.com/privacy), including in the USA. Data we pass to Stripe is processed under the data processing agreement we have with Stripe. Link shares the order data with us so that we can provide the service.
7. International transfers
Some providers process data outside the UK and the European Economic Area, for example in the USA. For each transfer we use a mechanism recognised by law: UK adequacy regulations (including the UK–US data bridge for certified organisations) or approved contract clauses (the IDTA or the UK Addendum to the EU standard clauses). For EU users, the European Commission has recognised the UK as providing adequate protection.
8. How long we keep data

9. Your rights
We reply within one month. Send requests to privacy@aivideomarketing.io. You can complain to us and we will look into it first.
You have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) in the UK or, if you live in the EU, to the data protection authority in your country; in Romania, the National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (dataprotection.ro).
- Access and portability: download a copy of your data in Settings → Account & data (JSON export) or write to us.
- Rectification: correct your data in the account or write to us.
- Erasure: in Settings → Account & data or by email.
- Restriction and objection, including to processing based on legitimate interests.
- Withdrawing consent at any time, without affecting earlier processing.
- You can ask Link directly for the payment data it holds (link.com/privacy). If you ask Link to delete it, Link cancels subscriptions bought through Link. If you delete your account with us, we also cancel the subscription.
10. Minimum age
The platform is only for people aged 18 or over. Uploading a minor's face or voice is not allowed.
11. Changes
When we change this notice significantly, we tell you by email or in the app before the change applies.
