1. Who we are and how to contact us
AI Video Marketing (aivideomarketing.io, videomastery.io) is operated by RADUDOTCOM LIMITED, a company registered in England and Wales, company number 16125458, registered office: 59 Union Street, Dunstable, England, LU6 1EX. The details can be checked on the official Companies House register: https://find-and-update.company-information.service.gov.uk/company/16125458.

2. Who can use the platform
You must be at least 18 and able to enter into a contract. If you use the platform for a business, you confirm you are authorised to act for it.
You are responsible for keeping your account secure, for the accuracy of your details and for activity in your account. Tell us straight away if you suspect unauthorised access.
3. What we provide
A workspace for generating and editing images, video, voice, scripts, VSLs, UGC, Personas, Flows, Seeds, Assets and prompts, using our own and third-party AI models (listed on the Subprocessors page).
AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete or unexpected and can resemble other material. Check it before you use it, especially in ads or public communications.
4. Plans, prices, trial and credits
Every plan starts with a 7-day trial with 50 credits; a card is required. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the first payment is taken automatically when it ends.
Annual subscriptions are billed once a year and receive the same monthly credit allowance every month. A month's credits expire at the end of that month and do not roll over.
Before each generation we show its credit cost. Credits are held when a job starts, used only if the output is delivered, and released if the provider rejects, fails, times out or returns no usable output. If you cancel a job after the provider has started it, the credits are used.
The price shown is the final price, with applicable taxes included. Link calculates and collects the taxes as merchant of record. No other charges are added by us or by Link.

5. How the contract is made
The contract is made when you press “Order with obligation to pay” after separately ticking acceptance of these Terms and your request for the service to start immediately. We email you a confirmation of the contract with the Terms in force.
The payment is collected by Link (Sold through Link, LLC, part of Stripe), the merchant of record: it issues your receipt and tax invoice and handles taxes. Your statement shows “LINK.COM*”. The service is supplied by RADUDOTCOM LIMITED, which is responsible for it.
Link's buyer terms (Sold through Link Terms and Purchase Terms) also apply to the payment: https://link.com/terms. Link collects the subscription amounts, including at every renewal. Your receipt and tax invoice are sent by Link. The payment history in your AI Video Marketing account is for information only and is not a tax invoice.
Link is the merchant of record for the payment: it collects the amounts and issues the receipt and tax invoice. The AI Video Marketing service is provided by RADUDOTCOM LIMITED, which is responsible for it. For anything about the service, contact us. If you buy for a business, Link applies taxes in the same way as for any buyer, without reverse charge, and we do not issue separate invoices. The consumer rights in these terms do not apply to businesses.
Until payments are switched on for this site, no money is taken.
6. Your 14-day right to cancel
If you are a consumer, you can cancel (withdraw from) the contract within 14 days without giving a reason: in Billing & credits → Subscription → “Withdraw from contract here”, by email or through Link. 7. Renewal, cancellation and failed payments
The subscription renews automatically each period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time in Billing & credits → Subscription, effective at the end of the paid period; you keep access until then.
If a payment fails, we email you and retry. Paid features may be paused until payment; your account and content are not deleted for that reason.
If we change the price or an essential feature of your plan, we tell you at least 30 days in advance. You can cancel before the change applies.
You can also cancel the subscription in your Link account at link.com. If you delete your Link account or ask Link to delete your data, subscriptions bought through Link are cancelled.
8. Your content
You keep your rights in the material you upload and, as far as the law allows, in the output generated for you. You give us only the licence needed to store, process and display that material to provide the service.
We do not use your material to train our own models. Model providers process it only to produce the output you request, under their contracts with us.
You confirm you have the rights needed for everything you upload and that your output does not infringe anyone else's rights.
9. Real people, voices and AI content
You may use a real person's face or voice only with their express consent, recorded in the platform before generation. The rules, including the duty to label deepfakes as artificially generated, are in the AI Content & Likeness Policy.
10. Prohibited use
You must follow the Acceptable Use Policy. We may remove content, restrict features or suspend the account for serious or repeated breaches; we will tell you why and how to appeal.
11. Ending the contract and deleting your account
You can ask to delete your account at any time in Settings → Account & data. Deletion completes after 14 days, during which you can cancel it. Financial records are kept separately for the period the law requires (see the Privacy Notice).
We may end the contract on 30 days' notice, or immediately for serious breaches. If we end it through no fault of yours, we refund the unused part of the paid period.
12. Liability
If you are a consumer, you have legal rights for services and digital content, including that the service is performed with reasonable care and skill and as described. These Terms do not limit those rights and do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to exclude.
We are not liable for losses we could not reasonably foresee, for business losses of professional users, or for how you use generated output.
13. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you are a consumer living in another country, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the law of your country of residence and may bring a claim in the courts there, as far as the law allows.
